2025 Boarding Prices

Lets talk boarding...

  • All pets MUST be UTD on vaccines at least two weeks prior to their stay. This includes rabies, DHLPP, & Bordetella (kennel cough).

  • Full payment is due at drop off.

  • Being on time for pick ups & drop offs is crucial, please be considerate of our time.

  • We do have a damage policy, pricing break down of that is in new client paper work.

  • If your pet has never been boarded before and/or is not crate or kennel trained we suggest you do a trial overnight boarding before leaving for an extended amount of time.

  • Pets with extreme aggression, separation anxiety, or a bite history are not able to be accommodated. 

  • Please bring pre-portioned bags of your pets current food with feeding instructions. Your pets favorite toys, blankets, beds etc. are also welcome to help make them feel more at home while away.

  • Please leave any rawhide bones or rope toys at home, I don't allow those to be left in the kennels unsupervised.

  • Our kennel is temperature controlled for your pets comfort.

  • Music is always on for some soothing background noise.

  • We recently upgraded concrete pads in the outdoor kennel runs. 

  • We do not take walk-ins, I do not offer tours. We are by appointment ONLY.

  • Spring 2025 we have more updates scheduled. Stay tuned.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you cancel with a less than 48 hour notice of your booking, you will be sent a Square payment link for a fee of 50% of the stay you booked. This will be required to be paid before any other booking is scheduled.  If you are a no call/no show you will be sent a Square payment link for entire price of the stay, which must be paid in full before booking with us again.

This 48 hour notice is NOT VALID during the following holidays/breaks: spring break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, fall break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas thru New Year. You will be charged for the entirety of your pet(s) scheduled booking. This will be required to be paid before you book with us again.

PICK UP/DROP OFF TIMES:

MON - FRI: 8:30AM - 9:30AM OR 3:30PM - 4:30PM

SATURDAY: 8:30AM - 9:30AM ONLY

SUNDAY: 6:30PM - 7:30PM ONLY

Arriving promptly to your designated time is crucial. Please be courteous of our time.

This facility is by appointment ONLY, these times are only to be used by clients with CONFIRMED bookings. During peak times (spring break, fall break etc.) clients may be assigned arrival increments to allow for better schedule flow.

Closed for pick up and drop off:

Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.​
